Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99
  • Priority Shipping: $19.99

Please note: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

P.O. Box or APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses, using the USPS shipping service.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Artivea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the provided shipping address. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Changes

Please make sure the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address. If there is an issue with your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your wall decor basket arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing a return, exchange, or refund.
